The biosafety cabinet achieves robust operational performance via optimized filtration and motor hardware. It adopts a U15 ultra-high efficiency filter conforming to EN 1822, reaching ≥99.9995% filtration efficiency for 0.12 μm particles.

Equipped with high-spec EC motor fan hardware, the unit supports independent adjustment of inflow and downflow airflow, lowering overall failure risk and simplifying field maintenance. A DC centrifugal fan is integrated for automatic windspeed adaptation, maintaining balanced airflow rates while keeping noise at a low level.

Comprehensive Safety: Multi-Layered Negative Pressure & Smart Interlocks

Safety is built-in through multiple engineered protection features. The air-intake grille facilitates even air distribution and sustains internal negative pressure, while also preventing accidental dropping of pipette tips into the collection tray.

Should unexpected downflow turbulence occur, the fan interlock mechanism kicks in to sustain continuous airflow. This stops hazardous agents from escaping and safeguards operators throughout experimental workflows. Furthermore, the cabinet applies a double-layer negative-pressure anti-leakage structure. Combined with cabinet leak-detection routines and door-fan interlock logic, the negative-pressure enclosed structure eliminates contamination leakage risks during equipment operation.

Advanced sensing and visual monitoring bring usercentric intelligence to daily operation. High-precision sensors continuously measure downflow and inflow velocity, feeding realtime data to the control system for stable airflow regulation. A 5-inch LCD touchscreen presents live readouts including airflow velocity, remaining service life of UV lamps and filters, ambient temperature and humidity, timestamp and equipment running status. With sensors paired with intuitive on-screen visualization, laboratory staff can easily track working conditions and maintain optimal operating status.
